Was visting this area and decided on July 3, 2024 to have a facial for my 13 years old son to deal with primarily his blackheads. Zoe was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. With the introductory price of $80, it is worth it. Front desk was friendly and nice too. I actually booked online the wrong kind of facial for my son. Booked back facial online instead of face facial, called immediately at 10 am when they opened for the day and they changed it to face facial instead for the appointment with no problem all.

I've been coming here for massages for 12 years (before they moved to this location), but it may be time to look elsewhere. My co-workers once gave me a nice gift certificate for a group gift at a baby shower... and I just kept coming in because it was my monthly "ME TIME". Over the years, the value I got from these massages just keeps decreasing. I used to have a few favorite massage therapists, but now there's only one therapist that gives good (not great) massages. A long time ago, there were one or two therapists that I considered to be almost as good as "luxury spa" therapists, but this hasn't been true in the last 5 years (not even close). I have enjoyed the ability to make appointments up to 6 months in advance. That works very well for me, so I just call to make appointments every 3 months or so. If something came last minute , I only have to give 24+ hrs notice. They've only had to cancel on me 3 times during the past 12 years, so I'm not sure this happens as much as what the other reviews might make you think. The building is nice and the treatment rooms are always clean and comfortable. I've tried two facials here, but was disappointed in both. I've also tried a few of their massage upgrades like hot stone or stretching, but I don't think it's worth the extra $$. If you need an easy system for monthly massages, or if you often travel domestically and want massages in different states/cities, this may work well for you. If you're looking for a luxury spa type of massage, this place will not meet your needs.

I just wanted to thank Morgan and Marissa for helping me tonight. The online booking system had double booked an appointment slot and initially, upon arrival, it looked like I was out of luck. Marissa went out of her way (while at home) to troubleshoot and coordinated with Morgan to move my appointment time. I ultimately received an AMAZING massage from Jessica, who is an incredibly talented therapist. Thank you for your help in turning around this experience to make it a positive one! I would definitely return.
