They helped diagnose an issue with our old toilet, select an appropriate replacement (giving us options), set up a convenient time for installation, were on time, neat, And gave us full instructions on use. Having problems with toilets just replaced with another company, who had been out to fix them but still problems. Worked with John who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Company able to deliver 2 new toilets same day and install them. Toilets good quality and installation smooth.

**** did a great job pulling new water line to our new refrigerator He figured out how to do it without having to cut a hole in the basement ceiling That reduced the cost and did the job superbly
