I was at this clinic for the first time this week. My Dr. Laura Chilson, is so friendly it almost feels like I am taking to a friend while in her office! The clinic is small, but is very functional. When they did the blood draw the nurse came to my room which I loved not having to go to the other end of the clinic and wait to be called. Everyone was very friendly and caring. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!

I have had the absolute WORST experience dealing with this clinic. They incorrectly billed my insurance and every time I call, I receive no help, but instead snotty remarks. They don’t listen to what I’m saying. I will never visit a Health Partners clinic again. Customer service is a thing, especially when you keep doing your job incorrectly.

From the front desk, to the medical assistant, to the NP-F , the to the radiologist, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend others and will be returning for future care. Thank you for making a stressful situation less stressful!
