I had the BEST experience at this location! Dr. Freeman was such an amazing optometrist. She was so fun, made me very comfortable, and answered all of my questions. I was having a hard time with picking my frames, and Karla and Candy were incredibly helpful. Karla took the time to hand pick frames she thought would suit me, and gave me her honest and very welcomed feedback. Both of them helped me pick the frames I ended up getting, and I’m so excited to pick them up. Could not recommend this location more, and I feel extremely confident in the glasses I got!
I went in to get an updated prescription and new glasses last week. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Each step of the way I was well taken care of :
The person who did my preliminary exams was able to do the puff test on the first try.
The doctor was very good at putting me at ease during the exam and didn't rush me, although I asked a lot of questions.
The person looking up my insurance discovered that I somehow had three different coverages and was able to calculate which would cover the most cost.
And finally, the person fitting my frames was friendly and thorough.
