I was very impressed with Matt’s quick response on a weekend none the less, to help me with my ac not working during a heat advisory. Other businesses right away wanted to charge me more than what my total bill was from Matt, just for coming out to look. He showed up on time, got my ac back and running again quickly, again for a very reasonable price, and was very informative about repairs and system. I’d recommend Matt to anyone
We have used Better Air for servicing our air conditioner and furnace, and we also recently had them help with modifying ductwork and floor penetrations for our range/oven exhaust. They have always been very easy to work with, prompt with scheduling, and fairly priced. We've been very happy with them!
I would give this place five starts. They are professional. The staff talks through each step. I was able to hold my little pup while she was getting a shot. They took great care of Coco and I trust the team. They are on time, they talk through everything, and they answer all your questions.
All I can say is WOW!I started the process of shopping for carpet in the fall of 2022 by requesting quotes from 4 different, non-big box flooring stores.Specialized Floor Coverings was the only store that provided me my required items:1. An upgraded, sound dampening pad2. A documented manufacturer warranty on the carpet3. A documented installers warranty4. A full week from removal of old to installation of new (wanted to remove squeaks from the floor)A local competitor tried to tell me that their standard pad was "Good Enough" and told me to find the manufacturer warranty on the manufacturer web page and told me that they "warrant their install" (no details).I paid $700 more to go with Specialized (the upgraded pad was $800, so really their carpet+install was less expensive).The installers for Specialized were FANTASTIC, treating my carpet install as if they were carpeting in their own house, being carful and meticulous on every detail.Thank you Specialized Floor Coverings for a FANTASTIC experience.
Absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly. We needed a refill of pain meds about 30 minutes before close on a Friday. I think it was Tara who helped me, she got refill ready before they left for the day and set me up to pick up the meds after hours because we couldn't make it there before close. Our Yorkie Eva will be forever grateful and so will we!!!
