Great class! I love being able to take a Yoga North class online. I moved from Duluth and it made me feel connected to the Northland again. It was also such a treat to work with Jodi again.

Wonderful class, so thoughtfully organized and coordinated throughout. I so appreciated the gentle nudges to notice the influence of different movements on my body; I felt softer, more supple, and gently strengthened at the end of the class. Thank you!

I participated in the yoga adventure to Iceland Nov 2021 and had a blast! Arrangements and accomodations were great. Daily yoga practice in the morning prepared us for the afternoon adventures. Hot springs, whale watching, horse back riding, hiking, volcano tours, more hot springs, it was amazing! Don't let the yoga part scare you, it is a fantastic compliment to the adventure. See you out there.
