I have had so many positive experiences at Viking Villiage in Duluth. Any work on my machines has been stellar. Dan has taken the time to teach me how to properly care for my machines, he has the supplies I need, and he has a great attitude.
Always a positive experience for me. Thank you Dan.
I had a Singer sewing machine that was sewing extremely slowly and my sister recommended this shop; she had taken hers here for a repair. I brought it up, from Bloomington, and anticipated that I would have to leave it for a repair or that it couldn't be repaired; it is about 48 years old. Dan looked at it and thought it might be the capacitor, which it almost always is, and that is no longer made for this older model. I was devastated, but he then thought it could be the foot control pedal; he opened the old one and found that it had a hole in the rubber balloon in it, not a common issue. He had one on stock; we hooked it to machine and it worked like a charm. I was so happy and told him that it made my weekend. I bought the new pedal and got to take my trusty machine home with me. Yeah! I highly recommend this shop and if I do ever need a repair, I will bring it 150 miles, again. Thanks Dan
