I have had pleasant experiences here in the past, but last night, I left urgent care crying because of one of the doctors. I felt like I wasn’t being heard as she was very dismissive, and didn’t seem to care very much about my migraine feeling better when I was in excruciating pain. Was really short with me and I didn’t appreciate it. Not sure if I’ll come back to this urgent care if Brittany McCullough, APRN, DNP is working.

I will never go there again! They are only interested in taking your money and getting you out the door without wasting their time giving you a proper, thorough exam! I will be reporting them to patients advocate!

Hurry up and wait in the waiting room for 2 hours in urgent care when we were told "about a 30 min wait" to finally get put in a room and have been sitting in here now for another 45 minutes and have yet to see a doctor.
