“Edit: The owner reached out to me right away and asked if they could fix things. As I understand it, the crew that did it is not an “in-house” crew. They have been wonderful about fixing all the mistakes, gaps and bad cuts/boards. We are very happy about the response to our issues and their willingness to make it right. We’re still disappointed about the extra costs of gutters and internal water damage, but we understand sometimes things happen.

Perrault installed siding on our home and garage last summer. The cuts and gaps in the siding panels are awful. They’re chipped from the saw in many places. They filled a lot of large gaps with a ton of caulk. They also got blue paint all over the white trim. The door frame is coming apart and the trim looks really bad. We paid a lot of money and it looks terrible. They also bent our gutters putting them back up. We ended up with water damage inside our house and had to pay for new gutters. It’s really disappointing to have such a large project turn out so poorly.“
