We had noticed water in our basement at 6pm at night and luckily we found Loyear online. They stayed late into the night and came back with more guys later the next day to finish pulling out the water. Then they started the next process of fixing and replacing the damaged walls. Great communication throughout the entire process and John made sure everything was smooth sailing with billing our insurance and even supplied all the photos that we forgot to take. These guys were amazing and helped us during a very stressful time.
My elderly parents are blessed to still live in their Duluth home of 50+ years. But the rainstorm on 6/18/24 and a sump pump failure left them with a basement “disaster.” Because so many were affected by catastrophic flooding from that storm, we were beyond grateful that our panicked call to Loyear was answered by the calming voice of Joanne. Her kindness and thoughtful approach to business was obvious immediately as she explained how she was currently prioritizing help for many and how she’d work to make sure Mom and Dad were as close to the top of the list as possible. After a broken water main, we had 6" of water in our entire basement. Our insurance recommended another restoration company, and it was a disaster. They did not remove the water, let wet textiles in the basement and garage for months, and didn't show up to work. After we fired them, I found Loyear Restoration, and they were heaven-sent. Karin came out immediately to take a look, then the owner John also came out. They swung into action and were there with a team every day with smiles on their faces.
