Eric came out to issue a quote and was very accommodating with my needing to reschedule our first appointment. He listened to the issues we had regarding drainage, and helped come up with a plan to prevent water getting into the basement. The quote he issued was fair, and he and Bryce were able to install the new gutters within the timeframe quoted as well. Eric was the first to respond to my inquiry for new gutters on our house. We had two other companies come out to bid our job. All were in the same ballpark from a price point, but we appreciated Eric's willingness to provide his professional opinion and answer follow-up questions we had after speaking to a couple of other installers. I believe him when he says he stands by his work. The gutters look great and are solid. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
