Tony was great to work with! I highly recommend using him. He did the inspection and then took plenty of time walking us through the home to show us everything he would be putting in the report. We did not feel rushed and he would ask us if we had any questions about things. He’s a local and has extensive knowledge and experience! Super nice. He did our inspection on the day after requesting it. Thank you Tony!

Tony conducted the inspection for my new-to-me, 133-year-old home. He was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions. The inspection report and accompanying photos are very helpful because I was a little overwhelmed throughout the purchasing process and I've referred back to them several times. Best things: In addition to identifying a carbon monoxide leak, which the sellers fixed before closing, Tony recommended that I ask one of the windows to be fixed. I didn't think it would be a huge deal but I hired an expert so I should take his advice. It turned out to be a big deal and the sellers couldn't get the repair done in time. Tony Leone is a very knowledgeable inspector of all areas we encountered within the house exterior and interior. Wow! there is allot to know... Highly recommended... Mr. Leone explained everything real clear and gave us the report at the end of the inspection and emailed me pictures later in the day. Great effort!!!
