I have never been more impressed with a company. Very punctual, excellent job of cleaning up job site, excellent communication . Plumbers were very friendly went above and beyond in answering my questions about current job and future projects. Work done was excellent. Completed job was above expectations. I will be using them for all my future remodeling needs.
We have a home program with J&RS for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. Today I called to discuss a plumbing issue we were having with our outdoor faucets and Nate was able to arrive immediately. We've never had such prompt service! We were able to receive our quote and sign electronically while Nate went to get the parts. He quickly returned and started on the project. When the repair turned out to be unnecessary he adjusted the quote for us and found an issue to fix with our dryer vent! Thank you Nate for your exceptional service!
The final product was excellent and looked/functioned just as we hoped it would. Our project was challenging as we were adding a new complete bathroom, laundry/storage room, deck and new entry to our 133-year-old home. It was important to us that the addition was integrated into the style and character of our older home. We didn't want it to look like an afterthought. The J&R S team all understood and worked very hard to accomplish this difficult task.
