Corey and his crew were very personable and I was very happy with the customer service. They did a great job repairing my furcanace and I even had them install a mini-split. I would use them again, without question.
Had an issue with the fuel oil furnace after some recent service, it suddenly started generating a lot of smoke and we had to turn it off. I called General and they had a technician here within the hour, and he fixed it quickly and effectively. Shout out to Gary for quick response time!
I had maintenance tech, Jake Kemp, come by my apartment to fix a hot water issue ive been having for roughly two months. He was very professional and friendly, and was able to fix the issue in a manner of 30mins (when other companies have been unable to fix the issue for months). To say I appreciate his timely and professional services is an understatement.
