Great communication and the new roof looks good too. They did a good job of explaining what was happening when they ran into unexpected problems. We have a flat roof on an addition to our house and it was a little tricky finding a company who would take on the job, but they did and it turned out great.

Duluth Roofing Company recently replaced my entire roof and the process, from start to finish, was great! Communication and response time were very important to me when considering a company to work with. Aaron w/Duluth Roofing, was great in both areas, providing same day response time with answers to my questions and information that helped during each step of the way. I originally called Duluth Roofing in the spring after having an issue with water getting into the house. A couple days after the call, they were on-site inspecting the roof. We recently had our roof replaced and Duluth Roofing Company did a wonderful job. They worked us into their schedule when our very old roof started to leak and finished in a day. Everyone we worked with was kind and professional. We would recommend this company to anyone in the area looking to get a new roof and great customer service.
