I came across Denon at the Duluth Home Show. He presented himself as a professional small business owner/ operator. His estimate was competitive with several others I obtained. His crew did an excellent job. I whole heartedly recommend Perrin’s Roofing.

Denon Perrin's roofing team does absolutely top-notch work at a fair price. Now, I'm not the kind of guy who'll spend this kind of money (replacing a roof isn't cheap, though Perrin's had the lowest bid) without keeping a close eye on what's going on and being critical of poor work. To a man, everyone on site was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, answering whatever question I had. Beyond the actual tear-off and re-roof, there was minimal carpentry work required; nobody tried to convince me that boards needed to be replaced or anything of the sort. Perrins roofing just completed a roof, soffit and fascia at my residence in West End Duluth. They did an outstanding job. Always pleasant, professional and extremely clean. Due to bad weather, they completed the job on a Sunday! Most impressive. Reasonable price, completed in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend this company.
