“I emailed Lonny we had a minor upstairs toilet leak. Lonny was here early the next morning to diagnose and prepare for the bathroom repairs. Wow, what a quick response! The leak was wetting our kitchen ceiling.
Paul installed a temporary fix the next day, then came back, figured out corrections for the plumbing issues and with just a bit of plumber help, completed all the necessary bathroom repairs. Paul also put down new flooring. The finished bathroom looks really great.

“Our first experience with Diser Construction was when we had a plumbing emergency that required tearing out the dining room ceiling to get at the plumbing. The plumbing company we worked with contracted with Diser to do that part of the job. We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and care of our house during a very messy job. They handled the challenges of working with an older house very well and our new ceiling and ceiling fan are far nicer than what we had before.Later we decided to replace our sagging concrete and enclosed side porch (our main entrance to our house) with a deck and lean to roof, and have our outside and screen doors replaced. Though we shopped around a little, Diser was the most reasonable and responsive company (which is impressive during the Covid pandemic with all the challenges of labor and parts shortages) and we knew we were going to go with them. We are extremely pleased with the work they did. Our new porch is amazing and very well built, far beyond what I had envisioned. They also fixed the siding on our house around the open style porch area and made it seamless and match with the house, and they replaced part of our warped and cracked sidewalk leading up to the porch and smoothed it out. They did all this work in a very timely and professional manner, and always consulted with us before making any changes or additions, including giving us a variety of affordable options. I can't say enough about the responsiveness, attention to detail, and quality of the work that was done. This is a very professional operation, who provide Marvin Infinity windows and doors–the only line of product I was willing to have. The quality of the windows, and installation, are excellent. “Edit: The owner reached out to me right away and asked if they could fix things. As I understand it, the crew that did it is not an “in-house” crew. They have been wonderful about fixing all the mistakes, gaps and bad cuts/boards. We are very happy about the response to our issues and their willingness to make it right. We’re still disappointed about the extra costs of gutters and internal water damage, but we understand sometimes things happen.

Perrault installed siding on our home and garage last summer. The cuts and gaps in the siding panels are awful. They’re chipped from the saw in many places. They filled a lot of large gaps with a ton of caulk. They also got blue paint all over the white trim. The door frame is coming apart and the trim looks really bad. We paid a lot of money and it looks terrible. They also bent our gutters putting them back up. We ended up with water damage inside our house and had to pay for new gutters. It’s really disappointing to have such a large project turn out so poorly.“
