Fix your garbage online bill pay. Payment is now late because your broken online system keeps declining my payment because of an "Invalid Record Format."

What happened? I changed nothing on my end, and all of a sudden, I can not make a payment.

The Company is bad and I do intend to sue them. It's CWR ( it's Cold weather rule and past October first and I have a 1 year old having to sit in a cold home. Comfort Systems should have 24 hours worker even on weekends for people to make a payment. They force me to come in person to make a payment then rather over the phone. Their is no way I can make a payment though the weekend so I can have heat for my 1 year old. I called the emergency line they were not willing to work with me.

Terrible! They have no compassion and no people skills whatsoever!! They don’t work with people to find any alternative solutions!! They just shut you off and could care less about the customer! There’s no other options and it’s ridiculous
