James arrived at the appointed time and did a great job. The work was done in half the time I expected. The rugs were dry 2 hours later. I will hire again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

To borrow from Lt. Joe Kendra \\\" well my my \\\". Liz and I planned several weeks ago to have our older furniture removed and the carpets cleaned. On Friday Chem-Dry of the Twin Ports kept their appointment and even called to ask if they could come earlier. WOW that was unexpected and very courteous. The service tech came in and looked the job over. I asked if he could estimate cleaning the tile floors we have and the upstairs carpet. \\\"Yep no problem \\\". Then he got down to business.
