James arrived at the appointed time and did a great job. The work was done in half the time I expected. The rugs were dry 2 hours later. I will hire again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

On Friday Chem-Dry of the Twin Ports kept their appointment and even called to ask if they could come earlier. WOW that was unexpected and very courteous. The service tech came in and looked the job over. I asked if he could estimate cleaning the tile floors we have and the upstairs carpet. \\\"Yep no problem \\\". Then he got down to business. He explained the time period involved and the process. He assured Liz and I that our pets would be safe and that we should go over the carpet several hours later just in case there might be any residue. No problem. 2 hours later I refreshed the carpet with a final vacuuming. When Liz came downstairs she was thrilled and surprised. (carpet was pretty, well it needed to be cleaned). Today Saturday the 13th our new furniture was delivered to a sparkling new living room. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will use Chem-Dry again. Please make sure you call these professionals when you need their services, you will be pleased, I certainly was.
