I left a message over the weekend about my AC not working. Laneys called this morning and Kevin was here this morning (Monday morning) at 10 am and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional. I use Laneys for plumbing issues and bought my furnace and air conditioner from them. They do good work and are prompt and reliable.
Laney's always shows up and efficiently solves whatever issue has arisen. Their employees were very professional from Skyler Jerame, or Abe on this home visits and service to Scott and their Secretary in their Detroit Lakes office. We were blessed once again by their great assistance. I highly recommend this company.
I called as my AC did not kick in when I turned the switch. I knew there would be a waiting list. So, I told myself it's ok, I'll get through those first few days of the 90s heat. Shortly I got a call and Kevin came out and in a few minutes it was working and I was so grateful. Kevin is awesome.
