JLR Garage Door

WOW in a bind this morning .with moms garage door .Called this morning the Gal I spoke with was very helpful she explained Might be hard to get this done today based on what I knew about the problem at my moms house .She said wait a minute she said Brad wanted to talk with me .Brad stated also might not be able to get this repair done today ,Then he had me hang on ,I could here him talking with other people in the office and changing how the day would play out .He stated he would be able to work it out and get the door fixed at moms house ..We worked out the details and Brad sent Steve out to fix the door .Wow Steve as I thought would just fix and not have to work with my Mom ,Instead He worked with Mom to calm her and with me on the repair.I know we need a new door but Steve got the door working to buy us a little time so we can arrange a better time to put in the new door This is the second time we have used there company for my door at home and Moms Repair .Do not have your door replaced or fixed by anyone else .They give great service and advise at a great price .There whole staff goes out of there way to take care of you the customer .I will never call anyone other than Brad to help me with a garage door concern....Thank you so much Sincerely Dave B
