I've owned this building for 2 years now, so I can say the pros and cons to what I encountered during my experience.For starters, Lauren was really good to work with and met with my needs of what I wanted. We sat down and I ended up changing a few things based on what would be easier down the road or more convenient. The price, IMO is significantly cheaper than a Morton and holds the same quality. Everything to the building I've thought has been great for quality, top quality garage doors, entry doors and the steel and wood used. The little things that matter, like the green treat rating of the wood, the steel and the paint they use vs others. I spent over 50 hours researching...read full review
