After a hailstorm Pat interfaced effectively with the insurance company and then communicated clearly with his roofing (Will) and siding (Vadim) teams to get the work done thoroughly and well. The roof unexpectedly had a wooden plank decking with gaps that needed to be reinforced with plywood which was taken care of quickly.
