We highly recommend Prime Home Construction and their service writer; Austin Daroza. They are very professional and easy to work with. We had concernes with our roof due to a leak and had called several places and voiced our concerns, all the other roofing companies we talked to had little to no compassion for our concerns and procrastinated on setting up an apt to get our roof looked at..... we had noticed a home in our nighborhood getting a beautiful makeover and found out they hired Prime Home Construction for their (new roof & siding). So we gave them a call! From the very beginning my phone call was handled in a professional manner they made sure to ask very specific questions and took the time to talk with me and gather information about our roof none of the other companies we had talked to did that... They also made sure to send out a service writer in a timely manner to come take a look at our roof so there wasn’t any more extensive damage done. Austin Daroza is the service writer Prime sent out, he arrived to our house in a timely manner with a very professional and positive attitude. We first started the apt. by talking about the issues we have been having with the roof and he jumped into action to evaluate the situation. He explained in detail about all the things he saw and we should be concerned with. He informed us on all the options we have available to address our roofs condition based on an “educated mindset” and not the “whole sales pitch” everyone dreads when working with a contractor! Austin has been awesome to work with and by far the most friendly and professional service writer. He has kept in touch with us on everything hasn’t left out a single detail on our project with the roof. He is there for you with any questions you have and makes you feel very comfortable every step of the way! We never felt pressured or rushed during this whole process working with Austin. He has kept us educated on the product and has given us a very positive outlook about our home he also had great recommendations about choosing a color for our roof and wasn’t pushy at all. He has kept in touch with production and submitted our roof color right away to insure we could get our roof replaced in a timely manner. -thank you Prime Home Construction & Austin Daroza
