Ebony Jones and really this whole shop seems to be unprofessional. I came into my appointment and noticed Ebony wasn’t present. I spoke to the shop owner about the situation because she cancelled my appointment without any warning under a misunderstanding on her behalf and I just wanted my hair done. After that, I spoke with Ebony over the phone and I thought we had settled everything until I called today and she told me she would no longer service me because she stated that I was being “messy” and trying to “finesse” her because I spoke to the shop owner about the situation. OMG, this is the place for our sisters to go, the owner April who loves the Lord is a down to earth real sister, they make you feel so relaxed and welcoming, all those sistas in this shop take pride in what they do, and miss Gail, I just love her, she is so funny and should have her own talk show. Very vibrant shop. I always use Gail, who always does a good job. Only piece of advice ALWAYS make an appointment because I know at least Gail doesn't take walk-ins through the week. And if you on Saturday, once again for Gail, get there early! Otherwise you could waste an entire day sitting in the salon. I would call if you would like another stylist.
