We ran into some unexpected issues since it’s a very old house and Sergey & his team explained to us what was going on, and worked with our insurance adjuster to get things covered. From start to finish they were on top of everything. And it’s a little thing, but we have two small kids and everyone on each crew was so kind to them (they are pretty curious children). After the insurance portion of the work was finished, we hired them again to finish up things that were not covered by our claim.
