Store was nice but a lot of things were out of stock. Website showed they had something new in stock and the clerk kindly offered to check in the back and said the items weren't there. Where did they go? Have they not arrived yet? Why did the website say they were in stock? If they could keep items in stock and not have half the store empty, I would be willing to come back. I'd recommend calling before going to make sure they have it.

There are these nice co-workers here. I got great advice from both of them (Jordan & Janelle) I haven't had customer service like this in awhile. Any questions I had they were right there to answer and to me it seems they have personal relationships with some of the products so to me it was more relatable to give sound advice on what was what. I'd definitely recommend coming to this Sally's. Its because of the care they give their customers that stands out for me.

They were very helpful in assisting us to select the hair, they were patient with my daughter, and did a really good job. Fast, and no complaints of pain with braiding, only smiles!
