Our A/C went out this morning. We called North Country to see if anyone could come out to look at it today (during this crazy heat wave). Misty had a Tech in the Outing area and would see when he could swing by. While we were on the phone with Misty, Aaron also called. I called him back after I got off the phone with Misty and gave him the details of what was going on with the A/C unit and sent him the A/C ID tag. Aaron was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone and said he would have his Tech (Jeremy) bring the suspected part (a capacitor). Jeremy showed up about 2 hours later, installed the new capacitor, and guess what....A/C works like new!!! What an amazing group of people they have. First class service from start to finish. Thank you!
