My central air died on the morning of the 4th of July. The temp was heading toward 98 with a heat index of 110. I called Mark at 9:13 AM and my unit was fixed by noon. He didn't have to service on a Holiday. He was very professional. He was also taking a call to an elderly lady who needed service. Thanks Mark!
