Jerry & Shana were very responsive, with answering my call instantly and all my questions I had. They set up an appt right away. They gave me a timeframe for the day of my appt. They were within that timeframe and they called in advance to tell me they were on their way :-)
Once here, they listened to my concerns about the areas I wanted cleaned.
This couple is respectful, pleasant and very hard working. They steam cleaned my carpeted areas, pillows, a sofa and got an area soiled from my dog eating basted bones on the carpet!!
