Kelly Thompson is a gem! So caring, compassionate and patient. I have never walked away from an appointment with her not feeling better about my options. I’ve waited a few months to share, just to make sure the great treatment wasn’t a fluke (that’s happened before with other places) I was a patient of Kelly T when she worked at a local clinic. I was sad when she left because she didn’t seem to feed me the typical pharma funded lines. I found out she was in Crosslake. It’s been between 4-6 months of taking the hrt (after blood work and conversations) and Kelly is still quick to respond to questions and concerns. My husband is now a number one fan and we are actively referring our same aged friends to her. Not just the Kelly’s..all the staff. Vanessa is always lovely and whoever drew my blood…I never felt a poke. Ah-mazing Oh yeah! Billing was easy peasy (unlike the local clinic)
