I have invested in real estate for most of my adult life. We tend to live in a home for a few years, fix it up, and sell it. We've lived in about twenty homes. I usually do all the packing, and unpacking, myself. This time we bought a condo that needed more work than expected before we moved in. Things were delayed, and it was a bit of a construction zone. Our kids, and small grandsons, were arriving only a few days after we flew in, and were moving in. I needed help. I don't even like asking for help, but our real estate agents had recommended Amy Esper of In Order to Succeed. I reluctantly called her, she came and saw our old home, and then our new smaller condo. Hiring Amy and Susan was one of the best things I have ever done. I needed the condo safe, and hopefully decorated for Christmas. Amy and Susan delivered, and went above and beyond. We had a brief overlap, and I watched them work, and learned a lot. They worked hard, they attacked big projects, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
