I first had came to Crosslake vet for unfortunate Emergency visit that didn’t turn out they way I hoped but Dr. Lien was kind, understanding and amazing at taking the best care of my kitty as she was able to. I will forever be grateful for her kindness and understanding! I never felt pressure to make a certain decision as well I was able to have time with my kitty/time needed to make an extremely hard decision. So after that I got a new kitten who ended up seeing Dr. Sedivy do to a more minor issue and/availability. Dr. Sedivy was kind and amazing at what she does as well! Amazing techs and and doctor . They are very detailed knowledgeable, and take their time to really get to know and understand your dog and what's going on. They let your know prices choices etc instead of a surprise bill atthe end but also make sure they are really are doing all that is best or needed for them . Won't take our gigi anywhere else!
They were so nice getting Grizzly in quickly (it is my son’s cat and I was watching him.) It is hard for him to get in where he lives and it is 20 minutes away for him. They gave Grizzley more medication and a new diet. It is definitely helping his tummy.
