Hello, my name is Kristy Lemcke and it's nice to meet you! Let me tell you a little about me and what I have to offer. I am a massage therapist that specializes in Therapeutic Deep Tissue massage as my main focus. I am trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, cupping, Gua Sha Scraping Technique, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy massage… I charge a flat rate with no upselling on your massage. I like to have the freedom to customize a massage to the client’s specific needs. This can include some cupping, scraping, deep tissue, specific stretches, and more.
