Love the grooming at the place! Maddy always makes sure my dog comes out looking fabulous and you can tell she really cares. Highly recommend her! The shopping experience is also really nice.

Whoever was a cashier at 1:55pm June 16, 2025 - didn’t get their name and it was very brief interaction but he was very polite and kind. During the time when I entered through the door and helped purchasing my items, the way he spoke with politeness made me feel like a proud consumer of this petsmart!

We had the most amazing experience adopting our cat Sampson here, we renamed him to Sammy since. We adopted him January 29th 2023 so it’s been a little over 2 years now!
I’m not sure how I didn’t go about writing a review but we were very excited to bring home our first pet and they made the adoption process seamless. PetSmart is partnered with New Leash Rescue, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this non-profit organization. From day one, Sammy transitioned very well to bringing him home.
