Was a bit nervous given some of the nasty reviews on here, but bought a home that the previous owners used Green Lawn so thought we’d give them a shot. Had some miscommunication on our end and I showed up late after the guy had arrived. The worker (missed his name) was very patient and kind even when I couldn’t find our water shutoff valve. He spent over 30 minutes trying to find it with me and was very respectful and kind despite all of that. He did a great job educating me on how to use the system and answered all of my questions without seeming rushed. Very impressed so far!“

“Very happy with Lone Oak. This is my third summer in my house. They installed the system here so I continued with them. They show up on time. When something has needed to be fixed, they've done it reasonably priced. Especially true when the entire back of the system was destroyed by the company who installed my fence.

Edit: Now my 9th summer. Lone Oak has still been great. Turn-on/blow-out prices have increased but still well worth it.

When the city did backflow inspections, I had zero issues. My system had been installed properly and I didn't have to do anything.

This spring, my front zone didn't work when they came to turn on the system. They were back today. I came home to huge holes in my front yard. The roots of the maple tree in the boulevard had pinched off the lines. They bypassed the problem.

As they were finishing, I was shocked that I could barely tell they had been here. (First two photos were the huge holes. Last one was right after they left.)

Bob and the guys at Lone Oak seem to have installed a quality system. And when issues have arisen, not their fault, they have resolved them for me for reasonable prices.“

“VLS has been mowing and trimming my front and back yards for a couple of months now, and I'm really pleased with them. I love being able to spend all of my 'outdoor time' working on my landscaping projects instead of that time being taken up by mowing. In addition to the work itself, I like that I get an email every week the day before they're going to be there. While they show up on the same day every week (except for the occasional rain delay), it's still nice to get the email reminder, considering how fast the days seem to go by).“

“We had a really great experience with McDonough Landscaping, adding a backyard patio. I got 3 quotes on this project and I knew from my first call with Matt that I would pick him. What stood out was that he really knew his stuff- we were also putting in a deck and he knew exactly what questions to ask and which pieces needed to be coordinated with the deck contractor- things we would not have thought of if we had just done the deck first. He had us out twice to his house/showroom and put together a design that was better than what we were thinking. He also made recommendations for areas where we shouldn't waste our money, compared to what we were initially thinking. He has taken a lot of care in follow-up to make sure all the landscaping is growing in. Really impressed with the Matt and his team throughout the process and we love the result.“

“Emailed them on a Thursday night, got a call from George the next morning and by 1:00 pm they had the lines all blown out and found an issue with the wiring. Had Rainmaster Irrigation take care of our system at a church/school I used to work at and never had an issue in 17 years working with them. They know their stuff! Highly recommend.“
