We were given prices for services and politely asked if any discounts were possible. we were immediately told that asking such a question was a red flag and said she didn't want our business. We gladly would have paid the original price but it was a little bit over what our budget could handle so politely asked. Never over the years has this ever happened. I was raised it never hurts to ask. I guess in some cases it does. The way this interaction took place is why I am rating this business a 1 star.Let you customers explain themselves before saying they are raising a red flag everyone has a story.

Kirstin does excellent work and she is very easy to work with. She stayed within budget and made my home a place I want to share with others! I would highly recommend Kirstin to anybody that needs help with designing/laying out their home!
