Polite, patient, not pushy, not dancing the lines of the FDCPA (if you don't know what that is, familiarize yourself with it), and they were willing to work with me and set up a payment arrangement for my medical debt, even though it will take years to pay it off at the monthly amount I can afford. Almost every other agency I've ever dealt with wanted the account paid off within a year. If you have an account go to collections, you want these folks to get it.“
