I needed to even my tan out and hadn’t tanned in quite some time. Previously, this location had been severely lacking. I was greeted by the new manager and was pleasantly surprised. He was/is friendly, and had/has a very deep product knowledge. He was not pushy with products, but offered suggestions. The manager as well as staff that he trains seem to be very focused on providing an exceptional customer experience! Unfortunately, it has become necessary to cancel my membership. I hadn't tanned in a long time but needed to even out my skin. A few years ago I wouldn't have given 1-star. But wow. The new manager and staff have really turned this place around. This is, with out a doubt, the cleanest and most comfortable $5 tan anywhere! The manager and staff are very customer-centric! The manager definitely hires high-level staff that work hard to provide an exceptional customer experience! Regulars are treated like regulars! They get to know your likes, dislikes, preferred beds. I highly recommend this $5 Tan location!
