“We had an issue with our new build and Jaimie, came out himself to figure out why our AC was not working to it's capacity. He checked the actual unit and also was knowledgeable about manufacturing defects that could have affected it and fixed the piece it needed. I am so glad they didn't just brush us off and actually wanted to see what the problem was and corrected it. A true dishonest company would have taken our money to upgrade our unit as we had thought we needed to do but instead they have morals and true business practices.
