First off I must say Jamie is a very seasoned. trainer.I am a senior and had issues with balance, etc. Jamie has taught me the importance of unlocking. my muscles before all physical activities and very much more. I cant thank Jamie enough.
I have made gradual changes that trainers recommended to my work out and my diet. I can tell the difference in changes to my body and energy levels. I needed more energy coming in to match increased energy going out with more exercising. I have worked a little with all 3 trainers and Happy to have them as my training team. They taught me new exercises and listened to me to not over do it I like to try but they reel me in. I’ve completed phase one started phase two tonight! That was what I’ve been working up to. Worked hard and can tell. Excited for change. Looking forward to more.
