No one ever at the front desk, not sure why.
Cleaning appts made the same day for my next 6-month appt is often longer than 6 months & sometimes with another dentist because the hygienist only works with certain dentists on certain days. Really? They cannot do what they have been doing the last handful of years.
My hygienist is rather abrupt, short & always runs behind. She does a great job, but just not friendly.

Efficient as always. This is a great dental office. They operate on time and scheduling is easy. The dental and front office staff are always friendly and Dr. Severt is someone you can trust.

I went in as a new patient and so had a lot do X-rays and the like to do which went well. The person doing them was super nice and kind. My issue was when the Dr. came in, honestly. He had already looked at my X-rays and felt like he barely had time for me. I was concerned about a potential cavity and when asked about it he grudgingly put gloves on and looked just to tell me it was plaque. I’m no doctor so I may be wrong, but I can tell the difference between yellow plaque and the black spot I have between my teeth. I’m gonna be looking for a smaller place that I my concerns are taken seriously and I’m cared for.
