Your personal views about vaping are not needed. You aren't even a customer. U were just driving by. Ive never heard of a company that wont allow the employees to smoke if theyre taking a break. People wanna know about how good the service they provide is and since they didn't preform any services for u, u have no business leaving a negative review. The fact that u took time out of ur day to leave a random negative review cuz u saw someone vaping after they were finshed is astonishing to me.
