I originally booked a service that did not match the hairstyle that I picked and patiently explained to me the difference between the two when I was struggling to understand. I can't recall the nice woman, one of the shop assistants, but she was also patient with me and periodically checked in with me about my comfort with the hair. She also made she I was leaving her chair perfect and that there were no frayed hairs on a single strand! I also appreciate that not only was I asked if I liked it before I left, but because of my hair texture she also made sure to ask that it wasnt too heavy as well! I had my first experience with Jenny Salon and was very impressed. Jenny did a phenomenal job on my daughter's hair. Customer service was top-notch, so I am happy to find a new salon where I know I will love all my services.
Was an excellent experience! She made me feel very comfortable with the decision I made to do my hair. Very clean and organized. Jenny also took her time in doing my hair to make sure it turned out great. Definitely going back!!Specialties: Braids
