Dawn was nice on phone when I scheduled the appointment to get my makeup done.
She texted me the morning of when I needed my makeup done saying she was throwing up. I told her not to come because I didn't want to get sick. I paid half down to secure my appointment. I asked for my money back a few days later. That was October 11, and after ignoring my texts, she finally paid me back October 23. I not sure how she would be at makeup, but she was not trustworthy to return my money .
Canceled last minute on my wedding day. said she would refund my deposit but has been 3 weeks and she is no longer responding.
Canceling due to illness is a perfectly reasonable thing. But having to find out 15 minutes before your appointment when I message you that I’m on my way is unacceptable. Be respectful to your clients and notify people in a timely manner that you cannot follow through with your appointments.
