Canceling due to illness is a perfectly reasonable thing. But having to find out 15 minutes before your appointment when I message you that I’m on my way is unacceptable. Be respectful to your clients and notify people in a timely manner that you cannot follow through with your appointments.
Terrible customer service. She canceled while my wife was driving there, we had baby pictures 2 hours after the makeup appointment we scheduled, so there was no time to find a different artist before our scheduled photo shoot. Worst part, she didn't reach out - my wife had to text to find out it was canceled. She sucks
