Absolutely obsessed with our new carpet in our basement. We worked with Jessica and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when picking out carpet and ordering. Will definitely be ordering more carpet through Jessica!
Fantastic experience - Joe was our salesperson and his customer service was outstanding. He made sure we got a terrific deal, ensured we got our product when we needed it even though it was backordered from the manufacturer, answered all our questions, and was wonderful to work with. We'll be buying all our flooring from Flooring Expo!
Tony was a super helpful at the store, helping us pick out flooring. The guys how came and installed were nice and did a great job. Way happier with this flooring project than a previous one done with a different company I won't name.
