Well I would find it hard to believe that I could have had a better experience than before but I was wrong. Dave and his team are hands down the place to go. I had broken my old pair after work and Dave said I could stop in and not only did he repair my old glasses and squeeze me in for an updated eye exam but also gave me such a good deal on a replacement pair of my glasses I had dropped in a lake 2 weeks after I got them. So grateful that I found this place.“

“A very nice young lady helped me securing new frames for my glasses following cataract surgery a year + ago. She was very pleasant even when I had to return today as seeing at a distance was great but reading was difficult. She is requesting that they be relined making my trifocal useful. Very pleasant.“

“Almost went some ware else because I've seen Dr. Petronack in Hugo MN for years - However he is worth the drive. Always does a GREAT job of taking care of me and my needs ( Top Notch Guy ) The staff did a great job as well getting me set up , they even fixed up my old glasses for me - can't say enough about this experience everone was GREAT !!! UPDATE said it could take up to three weeks for glasses to be done - got them in 6 days :-)“

“DR Lance is always great.
I ordered bifocals was leary, I loved them

But wherever the glasses are sent to put the lenses in they stretched the frame and they keep sliding down my nose impacting how the glasses work.
Went in and the gals tried to fix them twice.

They were very kind, empathetic, they ended up ordering me a new pair as the one I have not repairable.“

“Four Season was the 4th optical store we visited this morning after having limited kids options and availability at the first 3 stores. We walked in and the front desk staff brought us back to the kids frame rack, went and got us the optician, and we were in and out of there in 15 minutes. Staff were extremely helpful and kind and with insurance this year we paid a 4th of the cost we did last year at a different clinic that doesn’t take EyeMed. Their optometrists see kids and we will be switching to this clinic moving forward after the great experience we had today.“
