I have been a loyal customer of Dependable Heating and Cooling for over 20 years. They perform annual maintenance on my furnace and on my humidifier and condensate pump. They show up on time and are respectful of my property. By that I mean they wear booties so they’re not walking on my carpeting with their street shoes and they clean up the area where they worked. I have never had an issue with them and highly recommend them.
Sunday evening, a day with 18 hour power outage in the area, AC failed to give us cool air after power was restored. Monday morning I called a local competitor, who has done work for me in the past, I was sent to voicemail, I gave my contact info, no reply,........ I called Dependable at 9:00 AM, Kim said Ryan can be out within the hour to look at my AC unit. Ryan arrived before 10:00 AM, diagnosed the problem, fixed condenser unit and was done by 10:15 AM. I just can't thank these employees enough for the service I received. Thank You, JK (Blaine)
