I was forgotten in an exam room after they closed the urgent care. I was there from 4:45 until 8:30....when they realized the error, I got seen by an ER doc who then gave me 2 prescriptions....she sent one to unity pharmacy and the other to walmart pharmacy. This place is awful. I've never seen such disregard for patients in my life.

Rude front desk! On our part we didn't have an our ID and insurance handy but when asked to look us in the system they were rude asking for our information! We gave the last name and she was really rude when asking how to spell it, with added neck and eye rolling. So we got our kids and my husband decided to tell her to have a good day and she still was very rude and just inconsiderate. FYI Alina Heathcare if your front desk employees treat your patients this way, I can only imagine how your the care is, And maybe it's wonderful but by the front desk service I won't be coming back to find out; nor recommend to family/friends. I wish your company the best. Thank you.
